Rev. Gene Huff was born on October 6th, 1926 in Franklin, Ohio, the son of Adam and Maude Huff who preceded him in death. He was united in marriage to Ethel Dayberry Huff who survives. He is also survived by five children, Marty Huff and wife Joyce of Cincinnati, Ohio, Arlene Zawko, Marsha and husband Vernon Jarvis of London, Jeanie and husband Dave Parker of Vandalia, Ohio, and Anna Marie Brooks and husband Mark if Xenia, Ohio, nineteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Gene was a retired minister serving several different churches, retiring from First Pentecostal Church in 1989, a former state senator where he served for more than 26 years, and a former state representative.
Gene departed this life on Thursday, December 8th, 2011 being 82 years, 2 months and 2 days of age.
